How long will it take to receive my order?

Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise notified.
You will receive an e-mail stating that your order has shipped.

For domestic : It'll take 2-5 days by first class, 1-3 days by priority mail.
For international : It's vary by destinations. It'll take 7-10 business days basically.

*Please note that it may take longer than usual due to the effect of COVID

 

Which countries do we ship to? 

USA, CA, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea 

 

Are earrings available on clip on? 

Most of earrings(except post earrings) can be converted into clip on. Please choose from options.

 

I like to have necklace longer or shorter length...

If you'd like to wear necklace bit longer, Attachable extender is available.

Is metal jewelry oxidize over time?

I coated solution to prevent oxidizing. However brass, copper and silver will tarnish over time. Please store jewelry in a box, jewelry pouch or case. Also keep your jewels away from water/soaps/chemicals(such as perfume).

If your jewelry is tarnish, it is quickly wiped clean with a sunshine cloth, available in our shop.
